Mr. Mohamed Farhan is a highly accomplished management professional and strategic leader with an extensive career with experience of 20 years in government sector, spanning prominent Maldivian government ministries, independent authorities, and state-owned enterprises. Armed with a Master in Business Administration specializing in Strategic Management from Avid College (2022), he brings proven managerial-level expertise across critical operational pillars, including public administration, finance, and procurement. His diverse institutional footprint includes impactful tenures at MIFCO, MTCC, the Ministry of Finance, the Employment Tribunal, the Local Government Authority, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Health. In addition to his corporate and civil service leadership, Mr. Farhan actively contributes to national capacity building as a registered visiting lecturer at the Civil Service Training Institute (CSTI), leveraging his comprehensive industry knowledge to train and develop the next generation of public sector professionals. He also worked as a part-time lecturer at well known educational institutions such as Maldives National University, Maldives Polytechnic & MAPS College.

Mrs. Aishath Khashia possesses a diverse and international educational background, having completed her foundational primary and early education in Maldives before pursuing secondary schooling in Chennai, India, from grade 4 onwards. Building upon this global academic foundation, she went on to earn her professional degree in Forensic Accounting from Asia Pacific University (APU) of Technology & Innovation in Malaysia. This unique combination of multicultural schooling and specialized financial expertise equips her with a robust, analytical perspective well-suited for the global financial sector.

She is a proven entrepreneur, having successfully owned the online boutique Daniella Cosmetics. Demonstrating exceptional adaptability, she also founded The Bakers’ Gallery during the COVID-19 pandemic—a venture that achieved significant commercial success and marked a defining milestone in her versatile career.

Mr. Hussain Shiyaau is a seasoned professional in the financial sector, holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) completed in 2020 from Avid College, Maldives. He possesses extensive, high-level experience spanning banking, finance, auditing, and corporate consultancy. Over his distinguished career, Mr. Shiyaau has demonstrated his expertise through key roles at premier institutions, including the Auditor General’s Office, the Bank of Maldives, and the Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC), establishing himself as a versatile leader in financial governance and strategic oversight
